Spring Cone crusher working principle & Structure
Spring cone crusher is driven by a motor through transmission device. Its horizontal axis drives the eccentric sleeve through big and small gear to rotate. The movable cone swings and rotates because of the eccentricity produced by the eccentric sleeve. At the same time, the surface wall of the crushing cavity some times comes near to the fixed cone and some times is far away from the fixed cone. Thereby, raw materials in the crushing cavity constantly are squeezed, impacted and crushed. The crushed materials are discharged from the bottom outlet under the action of their own gravity.
