Structure features:

1. Vibrating screen mainly composed by screening box, screening net, vibrator, anti-vibrating spring and base. The vibrator is set on the side board of the vibrating box.
2. The main fragile part is the screen net. And for different materials and customer’s demands, high manganese textile screen net, punched screen plate and rubber screen plate are all alternative.
3. The electric motor can be set on the left or right side of the screening frame. If there is no special demand, it will be set on the right side of the material’s moving direction to supply.
4. The installing type of the vibrating screen is seat type, the inclining angle of the screen surface can be modified by the change of the spring support’s height.

Principle:
