The vibrating screen moves in a circular motion, so it is also called circular vibrating screen. It is a multi-layer and high efficient vibrating screen. Shaker (shaker) structure:
It is mainly composed of the sieve box, vibrator, suspension (or supporting) devices, electric motors and other components. The motor drives the exciter axis through the triangle belt. With the effect of the centrifugal inertia force caused by the imbalance of weight, the screening box starts vibrating. By changing the eccentric weight, different amplitudes can be achieved.

Shaker's main advantages:
1, Due to strong vibration of the screen box, sieve is added to decrease the phenomenon so that it achieves high screening efficiency and productivity.
