Structure of Construction Mining Used High-output Separator Machine

There are two types of vibrating screen in mining Machinery, namely, round or circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. The following pictures are round vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen.

A round vibrating screen should be started without materials on the screen surface, and it should be fed with materials after it begins stable operation. Before stopping it, first stop feeding, and after all the materials are screened out, then stop the machine. In the working process, regularly observe the running condition of the round vibrating screen, if there is anything abnormal or there is abnormal sound, immediately stop the machine to check it, find out the reason and eliminate the failure.

Principle of Construction Mining Used High-output Separator Machine

The vibrating screen machine uses the motor to drive the eccentric shaft to make the screen body periodically along with the direction of vibration force. The materials make circular movement on the screen to realize sieving. Circular vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, shock absorbing device, base frame etc. It has the features of reasonable structure and long durability.

When the vibrating screen machine is working, under the effect of vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth will move on a circular, oval, or linear motion, which will make the materials on the surface of screen disperse and move up and down. Thus, the fine particles can fall through the material layer and then are expelled from the sieve hole. And the bigger particles will continue to move forward under the effect of vibration.
