1.Product Introduction - Stationary crushers and screens

The circular vibrating screen are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or for end use.The material is separated by passing it through a vibrating "screen box" which has a number of different sized screens, or meshes, which the material falls through like a sieve, the material falls onto attached conveyors which stock pile the end products. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries.Machine can be used for material screening and grading, also is applicable for metallurgy, chemical industry, coal and building…etc.

1).The screen surface's vibration track is circular,which can make the material flip and bounce persistently,has high screening efficiency,and prevent the obstruction

2).Vibration exciter adopts modular design,grease lubricating system or automatic filling oil system

3).Side plate adopts weld bend steel board,high intensity riveted,high safety

4).The dip angle could be designed for customers at a range of 15°-35°,the dip angle could be adjusted according to customers' request,so as to adjust the running speed and output

5).The flexible disk which connects the vibration exciter is made of special rubber plate of large load torque and good flexibleness
