The vibrating screen moves in a circular motion, so it is also called circular vibrating screen. It is a multi-layer and high efficient vibrating screen. Advantages are: Stable structure, strong exciting force, high efficiency, easy to maintain and durability, handy maintenance and safety; Circular vibrating screen has been widely used in mine, construction, transportation, energy and chemical industries. Shaker (shaker) structure:
It is mainly composed of the sieve box, vibrator, suspension (or supporting) devices, electric motors and other components. The motor drives the exciter axis through the triangle belt. With the effect of the centrifugal inertia force caused by the imbalance of weight, the screening box starts vibrating. By changing the eccentric weight, different amplitudes can be achieved.
Shaker's main advantages:
