The working effect is like this

----The machine use vibrating force F to screen material rather than material's gravity,so it has higher effieiency.

How to achive this effect???

a. The vibrating source is also from vibrating motor.

b. There are two motors to be fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening box) to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force, which can be transmited to the screening box and make the machine run by linear direction.

c. Then the material on the mesh will be vibrated –forward and screened. By choosing the suitable mesh, the screening target is realized.

1. different kinds of screen mesh,from 2mu to 325mu,suitable for all kinds of materials,you can change according to your needs.

2.with rubber balls bounce up and down shapely when the machine working,from the minnow net from being jamed.

3,Screen mesh:SUS-304 woven mesh,square hole(hole size:0.5-0.003 inch),but screen mesh belongs to easily demaged accessory.But don't worry,dear friend,we enclose spare screens when delivery from our factory,of course free of charge!!!
