Which is a new and efficient vibrating screen with a large number of layers, which is fully optimized designed

by combining the introduced advanced technology in Germany, Japan and other countries with the actual operating

environment. High Efficiency Coal,Ore,Mineral and Stone Shaking Screen is equipped with double vibrating motors,

which rotate reversely and synchronously.Thus, the excited force geneated by the eccentric block is united in the direc

tion perpendicular to the motor axis while counteracted in the direction parallel to the motor axis, so that the movement

trajectory is circular.

Working principle

There is an angle of inclination between two screen decks. Under the function of resultant force generated by exciter

force and gravity of materials, these materials are throwed up, leap forward straight ahead along the screen deck,

through which the purpose of filter and classification is achieved.

China made circular vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, damping device

and a bottom supporter. The sieve’s side plant is made of high-quality steel. The side plates and beams, the exciter base

are connected by high strength bolts or ring groove rivet. All of these bring us reasonable structure and a durable machine.
