PP Series Portable Jaw Crusher Machinery Brief Introduction

PP Series Mobile Jaw Crusher(portable jaw crusher) Plant is used to crush the large material and screen the crushed materials primarily. This portable jaw crusher plant(mobile jaw crusher) is widely used in mine, building material, highway, rail way and hydropower industries, etc. The crushing and screening processes can be finished at one time to produce the required size and capacity.

The portable crushing plant includes Hopper,Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Semi-trailer Chassis and other supporting parts. The material is fed into the hopper by the loader. Vibrating Feeder can prescreen the material during its working process, and feed bigger materials into Jaw Crusher for primary crushing process. Then crushed material will be carried out by the belt conveyor.

Great mobility:

PP Serise Portable Crushing and Screening Plants is of short length. Different crushing equpment is separately installed on a separate mobile chassis. Its short wheelbase and tight turning radius mean they can be transported on highway and moved at crushing sites.

Lower transportation cost:

PP Serise Portable Crushing and Screening Plants can crush materials on-site. It is unnecessary to carry the matrials from one site and then crush them in another one, which can greatly lower the transporting cost for off-site crushing.

According to the different requirements of different crushing process, pp series portable crushing and screening plants can form the following two processes of "crushing first, screening second'. The crushing plant can be composed of two-stage plants or three-stage plants. The two-stage plants consists primary crushing plant and secondary crushing, while the three-stage plants includes primary crushing plant, secondary crushing plant and tertiary crushing plant, each of which is of high flexibility and can be used individually.

Mobile chassis conforms to the international standards. It has standard lighting and braking system. The chassis is heavy-duty design with big section steel.

The girder of mobile chassis is designed to be U style so that overall height of the mobile crushing plant is reduced. So the loading cost is reduced greatly.

Adopt hydraulic leg(optional) for lift installation. Hopper adopt unitized design, reduce the transport height greatly.
