The working principle of this machine

This crusher is operated through motor. Through motor belt pulley, the triangle belt and grooved wheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw doing reciprocating motion acc.to prescribed trajectory. Then the material in the crush cavity will be crushed and discharged through the bottom discharge port.

The structural characteristics of the machine

This crusher is composed of rack section, movable jaw, fixed jaw, movable jaw plate, protection plate on left and right side, toggle plate, adjustment part and lubricating part, etc.

⑴ Rack section:

The rack should have enough strength and stiffness to burden the big impact load when working. The rack is welding piece or cast steel piece. There is fixed jaw plate on the rack front and protection plate on left and right side of rack; the movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate are made from high quality high manganese steel and their shape design is in up-down symmetry to prolong their service life, which means when one end is worn, we can change to use the other end.

⑵ Movable jaw par：

②The bearing.

④ The eccentric shaft.

The eccentric shaft is made from high quality high strength forged steel. It has enough strength and stiffness through precise machining, heat treatment and detection inspection.

⑤ The movable jaw plate.

The movable jaw plate is equipped on the front of the movable jaw. Its top is hanged on the rack through eccentric shaft and rolling bearing, the bottom is supported on the toggle plate to form a rolling contact. The fly wheel and the grooved belt wheel is equipped on the both sides of eccentric shaft.

⑶ The toggle plate and adjustment part:

① The toggle plate is in cast iron after accurate calculation. It is not only a driving mechanism, but also the safe part for crusher.

② Adjustment seat is used to adjust the discharge port size and compensate the abrasion among jaw plate, toggle plate and toggle plate gasket.

③The motor is installed on the track, the movable clamping jaw is embedded in the track groove.

⑷ Lubricating part:

Lubricating part is used to inject the lubricating oil into the lubricating point easily and reliably. There are four lubricating points, which located at four bearings. The operator shall use oil gun to inject the lubricating oil into the lubricating points through oil nipples. It is required to be operated on site but directly and little trouble.
