Building material Jaw Crusher Working Principle

The machine is mainly composed of frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, flywheel, belt pulley, and fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, pushing plate and tensile device etc. when working, the motor drives eccentric shaft via V-belt to make movable jaw reciprocate. The fed material shall be cleaved into pieces under extrusion force or bending and final size shall be discharged out of crusher relying on deadweight at the moment when movable jaw departs from fixed jaw plate.

The frame is shaped by cast steel. The fixed plate is installed at front wall, and the liner plate is installed at the front of sidewall. The flywheel and pulley shall be fixed use the key at the two sides of eccentric shaft. The movable jaw is a single cast steel, which is suspended on the frame via eccentric shaft and bearings. In order to avoid axial displacement, the flywheel and pulley are all provided with retaining ring.
