The porosity on the grid section can be adjusted to meet different particle sizes as per requirements. It can crush in dry & wet way. Working Principle of Factory supply single-stage hammer coal crusher :
Hammer crusher mainly depends the impact energy to complete the crushing process. When the hammer crusher works:
1). Under the driven by the motor, the rotor with hammers on it keeps rotating in high speed.
2). The materials go into the crushing cavity evenly.
3). Then the materials are impacted, sheared, and torn by the high-speed rotating hammer.
4). At the meantime, materials are rushing at the dam-board and screen plate from the high-speed rotating hammer under its own gravity effect.
5). The screen plate is designed under the rotor, crushed particles which is smaller than the mesh size are released out. The bigger ones are blocked on the screen plate and go on with re-impacted and ground by the hammer.
6). The materials crushed into required size will all discharge through the meshes on screen plate finally.
