PL Vertical Impact Crusher is a new type crusher developed by both our company and Luoyang Mining machinery Research institute. It has two models: “Stone -Stone(PL)” and “Stone-Steel(PLST)”.The“Stone -Stone(PL)”can be used in processing hard materials? and the percentage of sand productivity is about 30%;the“Stone-Steel(PLST)”can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-70%.

It features in the simple structure, lower cost, steady running, efficient and economize on energy. The design of impeller and crushing chamber greatly reduce the cost of wearing parts and maintenance work load. It also effectively solves the problem of ‘Steel Polution’in processing materials like glass and ‘Steel-Clutch’ in processing slags.The ingenious self circulation of internal air eliminates the dust dispersion.

Application

The machine can be widely used in the rough grinding and fine crushing various metallurgic residues and in the fields of metal and the nonmetallic ore, cement, refractory, abradant, raw glass material, building aggregate, and sand-making, especially for the materials with medium and high degree of hardness as well as hard abrasive materials such as al like silicon carbide, carborundum, aluminum vanadium sinter, magnesite and so on. It is superior to other types of crushers, and may be used to process various metallurgic residues together with hydraulic jaw crusher.

Remarks:

1. The above throughput is decided on the base of adequately and continuously feeding the limestone with loose density 1.6t/m³ and compressive strength ≤150Mpa;

2. For PL series, the product less than 5mm will account for 20%-40%; for PL ST series, the product less than 5mm will account for 40%-60%.
